01 Project Overview
Zhaobei No. 2 Bridge is divided into two left and right, with a total of 4 single pieces. The bridge span is arranged as 4 × (4 × 60) m, and the total length of the bridge is 968 m. The bridges are all steel-concrete composite girder structures. Due to the high abutment, the maximum height is about 74.1m. The steel box girder is installed using the walking jacking method; the total weight is about 15407.0484t, and the longitudinal slope of the bridge is relatively large. The safety risk of pushing is relatively high, and it is comprehensively considered to adopt one-way and single-width pushing uphill.
This project was undertaken by Yunnan Construction Investment, and Hejian Carter was responsible for the jacking of the steel box girder of the bridge.

02 Solutions
Co-construction Carter provided 96 sets of 600-ton walking roofs and 40 sets of 400-ton drop beam roofs. During the jacking, the temporary support of the jacking platform shall be set longitudinally between the 0~1# bridge piers for the steel box girder jacking construction; the jacking temporary support shall be installed between the 7~8# bridge piers about 20m near the 8# bridge pier It is used for the support function after removing the guide beam during the jacking construction of the third and fourth joints and the first and second joints during the jacking process. Construction is currently in progress.
